The EDa247 Single Line Camera is a line-scan camera featuring 1024 pixels with a spatial resolution of 7 µm. The camera can be mounted flexibly in a wide range of setups. Connection is realized via a flat ribbon cable with a length of up to 500 mm, allowing flexible placement of one or multiple cameras within a single application. This enables object acquisition from multiple perspectives, which is particularly advantageous in complex optical measurement systems.
Captured data are stored line by line, allowing direct analysis with AI-based tools without any prior preprocessing. The accompanying software supports the fitting of up to two signal edges, which is why the aqi247 is frequently used as an edge (flank) detector.
