Hardware

Our hardware portfolio is designed for optical measurement of particles and droplets in complex flows and sprays. The systems combine optomechanical design with electronics to ensure stable operation in both laboratory environments and industrial processes.

The measurement heads are based on compact optical architectures using selected light sources and detectors, optimized for the analysis of scattered light signals. Modular mechanical designs allow flexible integration into existing setups, including confined spaces, harsh environments, or mobile measurement platforms.

Custom electronics form the backbone of the hardware systems. These include analog front-end circuits for low-noise signal conditioning, high-speed data acquisition, and embedded control units based on microcontrollers or FPGA platforms. This architecture enables real-time signal processing, precise synchronization, and deterministic system behavior.

All hardware components are developed with long-term stability. Calibration concepts, alignment strategies, and diagnostic interfaces are integrated from the outset to support reliable operation and straightforward maintenance.

The hardware is designed to seamlessly interface with standalone software solutions as well as higher-level automation, control, or AI-based data processing systems, enabling scalable solutions from single-sensor setups to fully integrated monitoring systems.
