CLEON is the control unit for the ParticleTensorAI® PTA4 configuration. It connects to the LSS4 optical probe and acquires the light-scattering signals from its detector channels for AI-based evaluation.
PTA4 System Configuration
CLEON operates as part of the PTA4 measurement system. The configuration combines one LSS4 optical probe with one CLEON control unit. ParticleTensorAI® evaluates the recorded signals using an AI-based approach.

CLEON with ParticleTensorAI®
ParticleTensorAI® PTA4 uses the LSS4 optical probe together with the CLEON control unit. The probe records light-scattering signals, and CLEON acquires them for processing by the ParticleTensorAI® software.
ParticleTensorAI® uses AI-based signal evaluation. CLEON must therefore be configured for the PTA4 system and its data-processing method.
Function of the Control Unit
CLEON provides the connection between the LSS4 optical probe and the ParticleTensorAI® system. It acquires the detector signals and makes them available to the software for tensor-based AI analysis.
The available functions depend on the PTA4 configuration, the connected LSS4 probe and the associated software. The complete system configuration should be specified for the intended measurement task.
