SprayQuantAI uses artificial intelligence to analyze optical light scattering signals from individual droplets. The method extracts key spray parameters such as droplet size, velocity, and trajectory-related information [1].
Compared with classical evaluation methods, SprayQuantAI reduces hardware complexity. At the same time, it keeps a high level of information from the optical signals. This makes the method suitable for real-time monitoring of industrial spray processes.
SprayQuantAI supports compact and flexible measurement systems for spray analysis, atomizer characterization, coating applications, and process control [2].
