ParticleTensorAI®
ParticleTensorAI uses artificial intelligence to analyze continuous light scattering signals from particles and droplets. The method converts these signals into tensor-based image data. Convolutional neural networks can then evaluate this data and extract process-relevant information.
Unlike classical counting methods, ParticleTensorAI does not rely only on individual signals. Instead, it analyzes the collective scattering behavior within a defined time window. This makes the method suitable for complex sprays, slurry droplets, powder sprays, particle-loaded liquids, and coating processes.
ParticleTensorAI supports real-time monitoring of industrial spray processes. It can help determine particle concentration, particle size, material composition, and process stability.
